PRICING
- All goods offered for sale through our website are priced in Pounds Sterling (£).
- Prices do not include postage and packing which will be charged at an additional cost of £3.50 plus £0.50p per item, which is clearly shown on all orders prior to your approval.
- Orders can only be accepted for delivery to member states of the EU.
- All orders received are confirmed by e.mail with an order reference number.
- We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo.
DELIVERY
- All orders will be despatched within 7 working days.
- Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
- All order enquiries should quote the order reference number.
RETURNS
- If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving them. Keep all packaging material; we will confirm arrangements to have the item returned. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DATA PROTECTION
- The details you supply will be stored on computer for future ordering purposes. None of the information supplied by you will be provided to anyone outside of the The Wimpole Clinic, and the only people within the Clinic who will have access to such information will be those involved in the sale of goods to you and processing of your order.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES
- Whilst the The Wimpole Clinic will endeavour to handle all enquiries and fulfil all orders speedily, effectively and without incident, it is not possible to guarantee there will never be a problem. Should you have any complaints about our products or services, we would request that this is put in writing and sent either via e.mail to complaints@wimpoleclinic.com or by post to the following address below.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
- The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between The Wimpole Clinic and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
